Kansas Speedway permits RV/Camping Location Rights to be sold ONLY through the Transfer Marketplace. Any transfers submitted to Kansas Speedway outside the Transfer Marketplace are subject to the approval of Kansas Speedway, which may be withheld for any reason, including if Kansas Speedway determines that the RV/Camping Location Rights were sold or transferred in return for compensation.
